Job Position – Assistant Warehouse Manager
Company Name – DHC Group
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in similar role
Should have prior experience working as Assistant warehouse manager or warehouse supervisor from any reputed manufacturing company.
Salary: Upto AED 8k/ month + Accommodation + Transportation + Other benefits as per UAE labour laws.
Major Responsibilities:
Warehouse Setup: Assist in establishing a new warehouse facility, including layout design and equipment procurement.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory control, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
Supervision: Oversee warehouse staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance management.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and health regulations.
Order Fulfillment: Manage order processing, packing, and shipping.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years in warehousing with supervisory experience.
Skills: WMS knowledge, organizational, communication, problem-solving.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Leadership: Motivate and mentor warehouse personnel.
