Are you a skilled engineering professional with a passion for operational excellence and leadership? Wyndham Garden Salalah Mirbat Resort (Oman) is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Managing daily operations of the Engineering Department.
– Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair of all hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
– Support preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to guests.
– Train and lead a team of technicians.
– Assist in budgeting, inventory control, and energy conservation efforts.

Qualifications:
– Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
– Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in engineering roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
– Knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Familiarity with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts standards is an advantage.
