-Contract Duration: 1 year Renewable
-Shift duration: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM (8 hours)
-2 staff available for Daily Operation
-Preferred Nationality: Philippines

SCOPE OF WORK

Baristas need to have strong English skills and must thrive in an environment that requires multi-tasking.
– Head Barista and person in charge
– Experienced specialty coffee barista
– Will be in charge of the coffee making and overall Kitchen Operations
– Will support in menu adjustments and application
– Will interface with costumers
– Will support in the food prep and delivery
– Will be the main contact for the truck operation
– Preferably have attended person in charge training or equivalent
– Oversee the hygiene of the kitchen and equipment
– Barista Assistant and Cashier Manger
– Will be in charge of the Point of sale and taking orders from the costumers
– Will be in charge in the cleaning and maintaining the hygiene of the kitchen
-Will be supporting the head barista with food prep and delivery
– Will support with counting inventory and reporting daily to the owners
– Will communicate as requested by owner to receive supplies and organise them in the truck

Location: Al Nahda East, Abu Dhabi and Al Bahia

Salary: AED 3,500/-
