Job Position – Barista
Experience: Minimum 1 year
For a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team! If you love crafting quality coffee, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks
-Ensure consistency and quality in every cup
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
-Engage warmly with customers and provide excellent service
-Take and process orders efficiently through the POS system
-Restock inventory and maintain supplies
-Follow health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
-Support the team with other duties as needed
Key Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
-Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Friendly, energetic, and a great team player
-Flexible with work shifts and responsibilities
