1) First Impressions & Front Desk Management:
– Serve as the welcoming face of Belhasa Projects, greeting all clients, partners, and visitors with exceptional professionalism.
– Manage a busy multi-line switchboard, ensuring calls are directed efficiently and courteously.
– Maintain a pristine and organized reception area that reflects our brand’s standards.
– Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
– Efficiently manage meeting room bookings and schedules.
2) Sales Coordination & Administrative Support:
– Provide robust administrative support to our fast-paced sales team
– Assist in the preparation of professional quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
– Manage and meticulously maintain customer data.
– Act as a first point of contact for sales inquiries, qualifying leads before passing them to the sales team.
– Liaise between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and project kick-offs.
Required:
– Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role within a professional environment in the UAE.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– High proficiency in the complete MS Office.
– Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
– Currently residing in the UAE.
– Can start ASAP.
