BI Developer

About the job

Our client who is a leading tech platform is looking to hire a BI Developer to be based in their Dubai offices.

This role is responsible for building and maintaining client’s data warehouse and BI tools.

Your Role Will Involve

• Extracting data from multiple sources and transforming it for use in BI tools
• Development and upkeep of warehouse data to support business decision making
• Leading BI software development, deployment and maintenance
• Translating business requirements into dashboards and reports
• Developing new and improving existing BI systems
• Creating technical documentation for BI interface

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science or related field.
• Experience as a BI Developer.
• Experience in data warehouse design and maintenance (e.g. BigQuery, Azure, etc.)
• Good knowledge of BI technologies and platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• ETL experience with multiple data sources (e.g. Google Analytics, MySQL, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good communication skills.
