Job Position – BIM Modeler/Operator

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to develop accurate and detailed BIM models that reflect on-site execution and project requirements.
– Integrate multidisciplinary data, including structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, to support the site team.
– Extract and analyze model information to assist with construction coordination and site execution.
Requirements:
– 2 to 5 years of experience working in a contracting company.
– Valid Saudi Council of Engineers Certificate.
– Transferable Iqama is a must.
