1) Engineering Supervisor
ยท Supervises daily maintenance operations in hotel and residence buildings.
ยท Plans preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
. Handles HVAC systems (FCU, FAHU, Heat Exchanger).
ยท Manages breakdowns and maintenance reports.
ยท Minimum 5 years of hotel maintenance experience required.
ยท Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
ยท Must be available for 24/7 emergency callouts.
2) HVAC Technicians
ยท Maintains and troubleshoots FCU, FAHU, AHU, chillers, split and package units.
ยท Performs gas charging, leak detection, and repair works. Cleans coils, filters, and duct systems.
ยท Monitors system performance and temperature control.
ยท Carries out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
ยท 3-4 years of hotel maintenance experience required.
ยท Hands-on experience in HVAC systems is mandatory.
ยท Must be available for 24/7 emergency callouts.
3) Electricians
ยท Maintains electrical systems, DB panels, and lighting.
ยท Troubleshoots electrical faults and breakdowns.
ยท Installs and replaces switches, sockets, and wiring.
ยท Performs basic maintenance of generators and UPS systems.
ยท Ensures proper earthing and safety compliance.
ยท Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
ยท Must be available for 24/7 emergency callouts.
4) Plumber
. Maintains water supply and drainage systems.
ยท Repairs leakages, blockages, and pipe fittings.
. Installs and maintains sanitary fixtures.
. Handles pump and valve maintenance.
. Supports hotel guest room and kitchen plumbing works.
. Must be available for 24/7 emergency callouts.
5) Multiskilled Technician
. Performs minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works.
ยท Repairs furniture, doors, locks, and fixtures.
. Carries out painting and touch-up works.
. Assists all maintenance teams during operations.
. Handles emergency breakdown support.
. Must be available for 24/7 emergency callouts
