Job Position – BMS Mechanical Engineer
Company Name – IT People Gulf
Location : Dubai (Locally available)
Duration: Long term
UAE driving License is mandatory
1. Operate and maintain the installed equipment and EM systems such as Chillers, VRF Systems, CRAH Systems, DX Units, FAHUs, Generators. Added advantage for knowledge in UPS’s, DC power systems, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Access Control, CCTV, BMS, Air Conditioning, etc.
2. Inspects and supervise all PM and CM activities including maintains, and repairs HVAC, Power Generation, Low-Voltage Electrical Switchgear, and UPS systems.
3. Follow-up & Escalate issues found during maintenance requiring capital investment, e.g., replacement items following repeat maintenance visits.
4. Need to be available 24x7x365, on call (if required)
5. Attending the shift duty according to the duty roaster 24×7.
6. Good knowledge of applicable DC standards and codes.
