Requirements:
– Relevant experience in construction/engineering projects
– Strong knowledge of planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project) – for Planning role
– Solid experience in cost estimation, tendering, and BOQs – for Estimation role
– Proven experience in post-contract activities including variations, claims, and cost control – for QS role
– Excellent analytical and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
– Develop and monitor project schedules
– Prepare cost estimates and support tender submissions
– Manage post-contract activities including variations, interim valuations, and final accounts
– Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
– Ensure projects are delivered within time and budget
