Job Title: Business analyst
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Yearly Extendable Contract

Job Description:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
–         Collects business requirements in coordination with middle to the senior-level management team
–         Perform Impact Analysis
–         Understand the system features and perform impact analysis
–         Support in preparing traceability matrix, build test cases and carry out functional testing
–         Support on problem solving, process documentation and project coordination
–         Manage KYC Deliverables
–         Prepare effective test cases, hands on experience of defects management tool & should be able to drive the test case strategy

Qualifications and Technical skills
·        Bachelor is Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
·        Any PMP or Six Sigma qualification will be an added advantage
·        8+ years of experience with about 5 years in insurance domain & experience in UAE is preferred
·        5 or more years of experience in Insurance domain – Motor, Life, Medical and Commercial LOBs
·        Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
·        Excellent communication skills
·        Functional knowledge of SDLC
·        Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
·        Experience in problem analysis and process
·        Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
·        Experience in process documentation and re-engineering
·        Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
