Job Description:
Are you passionate about turning data into powerful insights? We’re looking for a highly analytical, strategic and data-driven Business Analyst to join our fast-growing Digital Wallet Team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, analyze the digital payment ecosystem, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and enhance the user experience through actionable insights and smart decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in digital payments.
– Experience in digital payments, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
– Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
– Highly analytical with excellent attention to details.
– Ability to gather and document requirements, prepare functional specifications documents, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
– Strong communication and stakeholders management skills to collaborate across business and technology teams.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Familiarity with data-driven, decision-making, reporting, and insights generation.
