Job Position – Business Analyst
Company Name – Dicetek
Location – UAE
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct functional analysis, design and development of solutions in coordination with the Credit Cards Service/System Provider, based on business requirements
– Act as a subject matter expert and interface between Business, Operations and IT teams for change requests (CRs) and enhancements
– Coordinate issue re-creation in the test environment for analysis and escalate to the Credit Cards Service/System Provider
– Work with business users for testing and sign-off on enhancements, CRs, and bug fixes
– Strong knowledge of Vision Plus (V+) CMS module and the Way4 system
– Hands-on experience in datamigration from Vision Plus to Way4
