Job Position – Business Analysts

Location: Dubai(Onsite) , UAE
Qualification & Skills Required:-
– Masters’ degree in relevant specialization / MBA
Lean Six sigma Black belt
– CX Certifications
– 2-3 years’ in a Customer Experience /Transformation projects team in a large organization (Business / techno-functional side, not IT project roles) or
3-5 years on the business / operations side within financial services.
– At least 1-2 years of experience in preparing presentations for presenting to functional / department head levels (Senior Manager / VP level)
– Verbal communication: Clear, confident, respectful communication, able to manage challenging stakeholders (loud, critical, unresponsive)
– Written communication: Able to storyline presentations and not just create slides; able to create documents for project deliverables with limited guidance
– Presence: Able to influence functional / department head level stakeholders
