We are currently hiring an experienced Business Developer (on contract) to help us grow our ecosystem. Do you think you have what it takes to rise to the challenge?
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Network with existing partners and generate new leads
- Periodically analyze opportunities and gateways into new markets
- Design and execute strategies to grow market share
- Lead and grow an in-house business development team
- Generate reports for M&E purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (most preferred in Business-related discipline)
- At least a basic understanding of how cryptocurrency exchange work
- Ability to build a network with partners and users
- Dedicated, diligent, and ambitious
- At least 2-years of industry experience (blockchain-specific)
- Strong leadership skills
- A quick learner
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical skills
