Job Summary:
The Business Development PRO Services or Business Setup Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company’s professional services. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and execution of business development strategies to achieve growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct market research for PRO Services & Business Setup services.
-Identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
-Analyze business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
-Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online platforms.
-Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development plans.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Understand clients’ needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
-Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
-Prepare and submit proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients.
-Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.
-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
-Build a network of industry contacts to promote the company’s services.
-Track and report on business development activities, sales, and results.
-Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
-Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
-Conduct sales presentations and pitch the company’s professional services to potential clients.
-Close pending and future deals Successfully.
-Work on tailored sales approach to achieve target.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Arabic Speaking is added Advantage.
