Job Position – Business Development Executive
Company Name – Metamorfs
Location: Dubai (On-site, Immediate Start)
Qualification : Bachelors of Science, B. Tech, B.E., B.C.A.
Experience: 5–7 years in B2B Business Development
• 3+ years in UAE/MENA
• Experience with mid-size to large corporate clients
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify, cultivate, and close new staffing and managed services business across UAE & MENA.
– Own full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, proposal-making, negotiating, and closing.
– Build strong CXO-level relationships and understand complex client needs.
– Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality staffing solutions.
– Maintain CRM pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report on KPIs.
Must-Have Qualifications:
– Proven track record managing $3M+ in annual revenue.
– Deep experience (5–7 years) in Business Development within Staffing & Managed Services.
– Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in UAE, working with mid- and large-cap clients in the region.
– Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
– Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
