Job Position – Business Development Manager
Dubai-Based Interior Design Firm
No. of Openings: 2
Nationality: Indian | Sri Lankan | Filipino
Experience: 2–3 Years in Interior Fit-Out Sales
Salary: Up to AED 12,000
Driving License Preferred
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and increase revenue.
• Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term success.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and build industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activities.
Requirements:
• Project Management and Team Collaboration skills
• Knowledge of office interior design and fit-out processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills.
