Job Position – Business Development Manager – Construction

Location: UAE

Looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the UAE construction industry.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in the construction industry (UAE)
– Ability to secure projects from clients, consultants, and online tendering/quotation platforms
– Civil Engineering background is mandatory
– Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills
– Excellent knowledge of cost controlling and project pricing
– Strong capacity to lead and guide a team to achieve targets
– Arabic speaking is mandatory (English proficiency required)

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000
Attractive commission based on performance
