In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives to expand AL Jaber Exchange’s market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent networking skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence.
2. Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new potential clients, build strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
4. Partnerships & Alliances: Build and manage strategic partnerships with other financial institutions, corporations, and key stakeholders.
5. Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product promotions and initiatives.
6. Budget & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets for business development activities, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
7. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to junior business development staff, fostering a results-driven environment.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or remittance industry.
3. Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and driving growth.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
