Location: UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 + incentives
With strong UAE interior fit-out market exposure. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing turnkey fit-out projects. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Indian candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
-Generate and close new business in interior fit-out & turnkey projects
-Build relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and corporate clients
-Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
-Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams
-Track leads, pipeline, and market trends
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
-3–6 years UAE experience in interior fit-out business development
-Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
-Strong industry network and proven closing skills
-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Benefits:
