Job Position – Business Development Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Salary: Upto 10,000 AED per month
Experience: 2-4 years in IT Related Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Conduct daily prospecting activities to generate leads through various channels.
– Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present company offerings and secure sales.
– Implement the institutional sales model to achieve daily call and meeting targets.
– Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.
– Educate potential clients about the company’s products/services, focusing on features, advantages, and benefits.
– Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
– Assist in the development of sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
– Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
– Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
– Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
– Proven experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably in the field of Software Sales, System Integrator Sales, IT Sales, ERP, POS and other related field.
– Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in English (Arabic desirable).
– UAE driving license is a must.
