Job Position – CAFM Administrator

Key Responsibilities
-Configure, administer & optimize CAFM modules
-Manage CAFM master data, standards & migrations (BIM/COBie)
-Develop Power BI dashboards for Assets, SLAs & PPM performance
-Act as the CAFM focal point ensuring user support & contract compliance
Requirements
-Bachelor’s in Engineering / FM / Asset Management / IT (or related)
– 6 – 8 years’ experience in CAFM administration & configuration
-Strong Hard FM knowledge (HVAC, Electrical, Fire, Water & Civil systems)
-Hands-on with PPM strategy, SLA/KPI logic & asset lifecycle planning
-Expertise in Rosmiman / MRI CAFM, Power BI & advanced Excel
