Job Position – Call Center Agent

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proficiency in verbal and written communication in arabic, english & hindi.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
– Previous experience in customer service or call center role preferred but not required.
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
– Ability to handle escalated calls from angry or dissatisfied customers with empathy and patience, working towards finding suitable resolutions.
– Proficiency in time management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and goals.
– Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
– Create tickets and follow up until case is closed.
– Follow up with customers payments status.
– Updating Customers’ information.
