Job Description:
- Handles incoming and outgoing calls.
- Assists customers with inquiries.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in customer service is a plus).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Arabic Speaking (advantage).
