Job Position – Call Center Officer / Agent

Salary: AED 6,000 – 6,500
Shift Timings: 24×7 Operations (Flexible shifts required)
Key Responsibilities
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure satisfaction
– Maintain accurate customer records
– Escalate complex cases when necessary
