Job Position – Case Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle case coordination for patients across various services
Serve as a patient advocate and family liaison
Coordinate appointments, referrals, treatments, and follow-up care
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and health management
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
Support crisis intervention and care continuity during emergencies
Contribute to process improvements and patient satisfaction initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in case coordination (homecare, hospital, or clinical setting)
Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills
