– Handle daily cash transactions, including currency exchange, remittances, and payments.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
– Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries regarding currency rates and exchange procedures.
Experience & Qualifications:
– 1 year Experience in similar field.
– Strong numerical and accuracy skills.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or a related field is an advantage.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
