Job Position – Channel Relations Account Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Real Estate Developer or similar industry in the UAE.
Your Role Includes:
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
-Conducting product and sales training to empower partner teams.
-Analyzing sales data for strategic insights and performance improvements.
-Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
-Staying updated on industry trends and market competitors.
-Resolving partner conflicts and offering performance feedback.
-Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Skills:
-Strong experience in onboarding and activating new channel partners.
-Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
-Excellent communication and relationship management.
-Data-driven and results-oriented approach.
-Team player with leadership potential.
-Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
