Job Position – Chartered Accountant

Dubai | Full time | Salary: 22,000 AED
The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations within our real estate development company.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the company’s financial performance and make strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management to optimize financial resources and support business operations.
Provide financial analysis and support for real estate development projects, including feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and cost control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales and marketing, and legal, to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, accounting regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial management processes.
Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the Real Estate Development industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
