-Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
-Contribute to menu development and innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining Italian restaurant.
-Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-Food Safety Certification (preferred).
