Job Position – Chief Accountant
Company Name – AX CAPITAL Real Estate
Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
-Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial reporting
-Proven experience with month-end closing
-Fluent Arabic – speaking, writing & reading (Mandatory)
-Excellent English communication skills
-Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
-Ability to manage accounting operations independently
-UAE experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
-Prepare & review financial statements and management reports
-Manage AP, AR, reconciliations & general ledger
-Handle month-end & year-end closing
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards & UAE regulations
-Coordinate with auditors, banks & internal departments
