To join team in the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience and a strong background in managing and overseeing construction projects within this industry. Responsible for the implementation of construction work, specializing in civil foundations, excavation, road crossing duct banks, cable trenches, etc. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and engineering principles specific to Oil and Gas operations.
Project Management: Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Site Supervision: Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and safety standards.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and construction teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Experience: Must be an ADNOC Approved Engineer with Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in civil construction (cable trenches, duct bank, foundations, Building construction and modifications work) within the Oil and Gas sector in the EPC background. ADNOC experience preferred.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations specific to the Oil and Gas industry.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project sites and work in challenging environments as needed.
