Job Position – Civil Engineer

At BNYAN prefabricated buildings, we are seeking to appoint a highly qualified Senior Civil Engineer specialized in Precast Concrete systems, with strong expertise in structural design, engineering calculations, preparation of drawings, and overall management of engineering works. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to develop and implement innovative structural solutions that meet project requirements while achieving high standards of quality, efficiency, and constructability.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare, review, and approve structural designs and engineering calculations for precast concrete elements in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
– Develop and coordinate detailed structural drawings and precast fabrication/shop drawings aligned with factory capabilities and project specifications.
– Manage and coordinate engineering activities between design, production, and site teams to ensure seamless execution.
– Oversee engineering works from the design stage through fabrication and installation.
– Analyze project requirements and propose innovative, efficient, and cost-effective structural solutions.
– Coordinate with consultants and clients, manage technical submissions, revisions, and approvals.
– Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
– Proven experience in precast concrete projects.
– Strong knowledge of relevant structural codes and standards.
– Demonstrated expertise in structural calculations and precast shop drawings.
– High analytical and problem-solving skills with sound engineering judgment.
– Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
– Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
