Job Position – Civil Engineer
Company Name – Al Bonian FM
Requirements:
-Proven superior knowledge & experience in FM operations, especially hard services.
-Minimum of 05 Years of UAE experience in the required position.
-Proficient in AutoCAD.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
-Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Driving license is mandatory.
Key responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage all civil maintenance and repair works.
-Conduct site inspections, identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
-Plan and monitor PPM and reactive maintenance activities.
-Prepare BOQs, cost estimate, material request and quotations.
-Ensure work completion within SLA, KPI, quality and safety requirements.
-Prepare daily/monthly reports, inspection reports and completion documents.
