Job Position – Civil Engineer

Qualifications:
-Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in a similar capacity in the UAE
-License: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
-Skills: Proficiency in material take-off, subcontractor management, MEP site planning, resource calculation, and interpreting drawings/blueprints
Responsibilities:
– Lead and oversee construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion
– Efficiently manage subcontractor work, ensuring compliance with project specifications
– Perform material take-offs and manage procurement activities
– Strategically plan MEP site activities and resource allocation
– Accurately read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Package:
– Salary: AED 10,000 to AED 13,000
– Benefits: Family insurance, visa support, ticket allowance for 2 kids and 1 spouse, plus a performance-based annual bonus
