Job Position – Civil Engineer

This is a full-time

Certified by the Dubai Municipality to practice construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of structural elements for signage and fit-out projects.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Prepare and review structural calculations, material specifications, and engineering drawings.
Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, technicians, and project staff.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Must have 10+ years experience in the UAE. A Certificate of Experience must be presented.
Must have membership at the UAE Society of Engineers.
Proven experience in construction, fit-outs, or related industries.
Strong understanding of structural design, materials, and fabrication techniques.
Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.”
