Job Position – Civil Engineer
Company Name – CBE
To work as a Authorities coordinator for projects to ensure compliance with local regulations and obtaining necessary approvals for projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle project approvals from government authorities, including submissions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Dubai authorities on NOC applications, design construction specifications, and design reports.
Work closely with the Authority Liaison Manager to ensure timely approvals.
Organize and attend meetings with local authority engineers to expedite design submission reviews.
Prepare and submit documents, including permits and licenses.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
– Minimum 5 years of experience as an Authorities Coordinator in the UAE
– Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred but not a must
– In-depth knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi authority rules, regulations, and procedures.

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Familiarity with local authority requirements and procedures.
