Job Position – Cleaning Supervisor

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years (commercial building) in supervisor housekeeping.
Are you passionate about maintaining high standards in cleanliness and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to lead our housekeeping operations, monitor sub-contractor performance, and uphold our facility’s maintenance quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations and manage cleaning staff.
Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met through inspections and performance tracking.
Allocate manpower efficiently based on operational needs.
Communicate effectively with tenants and clients, addressing concerns or needs promptly.
Handle maintenance issues, including knowledge of CIVIL works.
Develop and maintain documentation such as checklists and activity reports.
What You’ll Need
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate or a Graduate Degree.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within commercial buildings.
Certification: Must be BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) certified.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Facility Management software.
Strong knowledge of health and safety practices, fire safety, and chemical safety.
Multilingual abilities are a plus (Fluency in English and Hindi required, Arabic is an advantage).
