Job Position – CNC Machine Operators
Company Name – AIC Steel
This position is open for all nationalities who possess the following:
Responsibilities:
– Knows G Code
– Receives necessary documents (drawings, nesting, tracking list, rout card etc.) and instructions to start production.
– Checks that the machine is in proper condition and performs machine setting as per the production requirement.
– Checks that required tools and raw material for production are available.
– Offers the first piece after production to QC and get clearance for further production.
– Coordination with supervisor / maintenance staff regarding breakdowns.
– Cleans the machine and area around the machine at the end of the shift.
– Does manual reports of his work during the shift.
– Observes required safety precautions during the machine operation by following standard safety procedures and wearing required PPEs.
