Job Position – Collection Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities:
– Contacting customers via phone, email, or in person to collect outstanding payments
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and payment details
– Developing and implementing effective collection strategies to minimize overdue payments
– Resolving customer queries and issues related to billing and payments
– Negotiating and setting up payment plans with customers, as necessary
– Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in invoices or payments
– Reporting on collection activities and providing regular updates to the management team
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
– Proven experience as a Collection Executive or in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and meet targets
– Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
