Job Position – Collections and Customer Support Coordinator
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about customer service? Looking for a Collections and Customer Support Coordinator to help manage outstanding telecom bills, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Monitor and manage outstanding telecom bills.
– Maintain accurate records of collections and payment arrangements.
– Work with IT & customer service teams to resolve billing disputes.
– Ensure compliance with telecom regulations (Emails/SMS).
– Conduct internal quality checks and assist with audits.
Requirements:
– 1–3 years of experience in telecom, collections, or customer account management.
– Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
– Knowledge of telecom billing, compliance, and data privacy regulations is a plus!
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
– Diploma or certification in Office Admin, Customer Service, or Telecom Operations (a plus).
