Job Position – Commercial Manager

Location : Ras al Khaimah, UAE | Full-Time
Industry: Aluminum and Glass Facade industry
With facade industry experience who can manage and control all commercial activities of the aluminum and glass fabrication business, including estimation, tendering, contract administration, cost control, and commercial risk management, ensuring profitable project execution and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities:
-Manage the complete tendering process from inquiry to submission.
-Prepare and review technical and commercial tender submissions.
-Review contract terms and conditions including payment terms, variations, penalties, warranties, and liabilities.
-Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
-Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
-Control variations, change orders, and additional works to protect margins.
-Support project teams in cost forecasting, cash flow planning, and cost reporting.
-Identify, prepare, and submit variations and change orders.
-Act as the main commercial interface with clients, consultants, and contractors.
-Participate in commercial negotiations and meetings.
-Maintain strong professional relationships to support business growth and project success.
