Job Position – Commis 2 (Cold Section)
Company Name – Bulldozer Group
Location: J1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 5,000 – 10,000 AED per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation of cold food items (salads, appetizers, desserts) as directed by senior chefs.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold section (Commis 2 level).
– Ensure consistent food quality and assist the culinary team during service.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in Dubai in a Commis role, preferably in a cold section.
– Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant training.
– Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a high-energy kitchen.
