Job Position – Commis/Demi Chefs

On the lookout for passionate and skilled Commis and Demi Chefs to join our high-paced, high-end ramen and handroll bar located in the heart of Dubai Mall.
Requirements:
– Must be currently based in the UAE
– Must be available for a trial
– Strong experience with maki rolling in a high-volume setting
– Solid background in hot kitchen operations
– Knowledge of noodle making is a strong plus
– Cool while under pressure.
