Key Responsibilities
-Prepare food components according to production plans, recipes, and quality standards.
-Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
-Follow instructions from Senior Chefs while adhering to standardized recipes and kitchen procedures.
-Support menu development, special projects, and assist other kitchen sections as required.
Requirements
-Formal catering certificate from a recognized international institute
-Minimum 3 years of international experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment
-Experience in high-volume catering serving VIP clientele
-Strong attention to detail and good English communication skills
