Job Position – Commis III – Cold Kitchen

The role involves assisting in daily cold kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, and maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, and other cold kitchen items.
-Ensure mise-en-place is ready and stocked for service.
-Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the Chef de Partie.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen.
-Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
-Support senior chefs and assist other kitchen sections when needed.
Requirements
-Previous experience in a cold kitchen or similar role (preferred).
-Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety.
-Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
