Job Position – Computer Data Entry Operator

Company Name – AqualiaMACE

-Enters customer’s data encountered in a daily basis from service maintenance request or complaints.
-Prepare, compile and sort doents for data entry
-Enters data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information using an established procedure through Maximo application.
-Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
-Collects and coordinates from Network Supervisors regarding Septic Tank Emptying Request form.
-Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from multiple systems when information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
-Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
-Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
-Accurate interpretation, compilation, and entering of data in the computer system.
-Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity.
-Manage additional responsibilities including troubleshooting, file back-ups, regular updating, and retrieval of data, as and when required.

Responsibility:

-Under Asset & System Department, performs a combination of duties involving the operation of computer. Under supervision of Asset & System Manager.
-Performs all duties according to Company Policies and Procedures
-Adheres to company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environment policies and procedures.
-Adheres to company’s HR Policies and Procedures
-Keep and maintain the record of Networks Department updated.

-Data Entry Skills
-Typing Speed and accuracy
-Attention to Detail
-Doentation Skills
-Analyzing Information
-Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
-Can work independently or with minimal supervision.
-Professional, organize and tactful
-Team player
-Flexible
-Excellent written and verbal command over the language – English is preferred, Arabic is an added advantage
