Job Position – Construction Manager
Warehouses
Hiring for a leader to own high-value warehouse projects from inception to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
– Project Ownership: Full P&L responsibility, budget management, and ensuring net profit margins.
– Operational Excellence: Manage site coordination, technical issue resolution, and HSE compliance.
– Strategic Growth: Build client/consultant relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
– Team Leadership: Motivate, retain, and develop subordinates while managing manpower budgets.
– Supply Chain: Oversee long-lead items, material submissions, and subcontractor performance.
Requirements:
Education: BE Civil Engineering.
Experience: 10–15 years in UAE contracting (specifically in Warehouse Construction).
Location: Nad Al Hammar, Rashidiya.
Schedule: 6 days a week (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
