Job Position – Coordinator

Summary:
-Provides administrative and coordination support to management department staff by following up on projects.
-Organize meetings and take minutes for important discussions.
-Administrative skills and experience
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
-Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
-Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
-Assists in coordination of various meetings including travel arrangements, meeting place, preparation and compilation of agendas, materials, and information packages.
-Works with department’s staff, to develop appropriate processes procedures documentation, including database and information systems accordingly.
-Education Bachelor’s Degree required or Diploma is required
-Experience Required Two (2) years of related experience
-Ability to join immediately
