Job Position – Coordinator Back Office

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales team to build and translate requirements into a Business Requirement Document (BRD) for CRM system enhancements.
Manage the project life cycle from ideation to roll-out, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Facilitate effective communication through proactive engagement, clear documentation, regular updates, and constructive feedback.
Utilize visual aids, prioritize discussions, mediate conflicts, and provide training to ensure successful CRM system enhancement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, handling technical projects.
