Job Position – Cost Accountant
Company Name – Resource Advisory Junction
Location : KEZAD, UAE
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Our client is an established leader in the agro-commodity processing and manufacturing sector in the UAE, known for efficient production, strong supply chain operations, and continuous growth.
Hiring a analytical with strong core expertise in manufacturing costing, expense tracking, and financial finalization. The ideal candidate will take ownership of production cost monitoring, variance analysis, and budgeting cycles to support efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities –
-Cost Accounting & Expense Tracking: Monitor, record, and analyze direct and indirect production expenses, raw material consumption, and operational overheads.
-Costing & Financial Finalization: Lead periodic cost finalizations and perform detailed variance analysis (actual vs. standard costs) to drive cost efficiencies.
-Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management in developing comprehensive operational budgets, financial forecasting, and cost trend analyses.
-ERP Operations: Manage financial records, inventory valuation, and cost entries accurately using **Tally** and **SAP**.
Candidate Profile & Requirements –
Education: Post-Graduate qualification in finance: **CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance)**.
Experience:3 to 5 years of core finance and accounting experience specifically within the Manufacturing industry
Core Competencies:
Strong mastery over cost accounting, expense tracking, and budgeting/forecasting.
Demonstrated hands-on expertise in Costing is a major requirement.
* **Visa Status:* Open to candidates currently based in **India or the UAE**.
* **Soft Skills & Mobility:** Excellent communication skills, high analytical rigor, and comfortable with regular travel between operational sites.
Remuneration & Benefits
Monthly Salary : AED 8,000 – AED 10,000
